Established in 1992, Dr Jeffrey M. Block opened the first clinic in Hauppauge New York. In 1996 Dr. Richard Block joined the practice and the Selden office was opened. In 1999 we outgrew the Hauppauge location and moved 2 miles west to Commack to join Dr. Carfora in a brand new 5000sq.ft.office. 

You will find, at our Commack location a large osteopathic family medicine practice whose motto is "natural first, medicine second and surgery last.", We have orthopedic surgery, neurology and physical therapy on site. These practices help us to provide our patients (friends) with the best health care available with a concentration of Wellness.
